Dragon's Breath Sauce

Dragon's Breath sauce is inspired by my late fiery Japanese mother Kazuko Ajioka. It is on the milder side of spice. The name is  because there is so much soy sauce, anchovy sauce, ginger, and garlic that after eating a lot of it your breath will be pretty potent! The spice from this sauce is Bird's Eye Chili. The flavor hits harder than my 4'11" Mom's side-eye! It's bold, it's a little spicy, and it could make you ponder your life's culinary choices. She just wants what's best for you, which is ABSOLUTELY this sauce!
