My favorite rub for steaks, pork chops, smoked brisket, smoked ribs and absolutely rocks air fried Sokeye salmon (blackened salmon. Yum!

Another home run from you guys. Did some dino beef ribs last sunday...finally let them go long enough for tender instead of done...used Backyard BBQ to rub then finished with the cylantro lime sauce! You definitely nailed it with both and helped me nail the best beef ribs I have done yet. Keep up the awesome work!

In my refrigerator, I have every variety of Booey sauce, and now I have the rub as well. I have used it a couple of times already and love it.

very good flavor with some heat and not too much salt or sweet (sugar). Used it on a prime rib roast. Don't have a pic unfortunately...it was consumed about a week ago
