#MEANCUISINE
The foundation of BOOEY's Sweet Chile Lime Cilantro Pepper Sauce is the rich sweetness derived from ripe green jalapeno chilies, tomatillos, and brown sugar. They are carefully selected and blended to perfection, resulting in a smooth and velvety texture that coats your palate with a delightful burst of flavor. The sweetness is not overpowering, allowing the other elements to shine through.
Adding a refreshing twist to the mix is the zesty lime, which infuses the sauce with a tangy and citrusy kick. The lime essence cuts through the sweetness, creating a harmonious contrast that adds a layer of complexity to every bite. This citrus note adds a refreshing quality, making BOOEY's sauce perfect for those seeking a unique and invigorating taste experience.
The distinctive herbaceousness of cilantro takes center stage in this sauce, bringing a vibrant and aromatic element to the table. Cilantro's fresh and earthy notes mingle with the other flavors, enhancing the overall taste profile. Its bright and lively presence gives the sauce a lively and invigorating character, making it an ideal accompaniment for a wide range of dishes. The Flavors and textures conjure thoughts of summer, Margaritas on the beach, Fish Tacos, and the bright, complicated notes of fresh Ceviche.
For those who appreciate a touch of heat, BOOEY's Sweet Chile Lime Cilantro Pepper Sauce delivers a gentle but satisfying kick. The peppers used in this sauce provide a mild to medium heat level, ensuring a pleasant spiciness that won't overwhelm your palate. It adds just the right amount of warmth to elevate your favorite foods without overpowering their natural flavors.

Most hot sauces are made for one job: bringing the heat. They tend to be thin and vinegary, and the pepper is usually the only flavour you taste.
A finishing sauce is made to round out a dish, not take it over. BOOEY'S sauces are thicker and have more body, with real pieces of garlic, onion and spices you can see and taste. Heat is just one part of the flavour, alongside everything else. That's why they work for more than drizzling: use them as a dip, a marinade, a glaze, or an ingredient in your cooking.
In short, a hot sauce adds heat and a finishing sauce adds flavour, texture and heat together.
