Booey’s Buffalo Chicken Dip

Booey’s Buffalo Chicken Dip
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Best Foods mayonnaise
  • Half packet of Uncle Dans original recipe
  • 1/2 cup Booey’s Pepper Sauce
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken, from 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup each shredded pepper jack and cheddar cheese, reserve 12 cup for topping
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, reserve 2 tbsp for topping
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped scallions or chives, reserve 1 tbsp for topping

Combine all ingredients, except those reserved and place in a 1-12 Qt casserole. Top with reserved cheeses. Bake 30 minutes at 375 until bubbly and completely heated through. Remove from oven, top with scallions and serve warm with bread, chips, or celery.
