Jon's Buffalo Balls

Jon's Buffalo Balls
  • 1lb. of ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup of BOOEY'S Original sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 rib of celery chopped
  • 1 sleeve of Ritz crackers crushed
  • 1 egg
Cooking Instructions:
  1. Heat BOOEY Sauce with butter in a small pan until melted. Let cool.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl along with the cooled sauce.
  3. Form into little balls(about the size of a ping pong ball).
  4. Arrange on a cookie sheet. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  5. When oven is to temp bake them for about 20 minutes or until they start to brown.
  6. Serve with Blue Cheese dressing(homemade preferred) and drizzle with BOOEY'S Original sauce!!!
